Our continuous Elastic Dyeing is a highly efficient, automated and continuous method of dyeing narrow fabrics or elastic tapes (fold over, flat, peacoat, woven, jacquard) (such as underwear, bra or sportswear).

Continuous dyeing generally has better color fastness than batch dyeing (such as winch or jet dyeing). The dye is permanently bonded to the elastic with the help of heat or steam

The shade of the elastane remains the same throughout production, with minimal color variation.

The main reasons behind this are advanced dyeing technology, use of high-quality acid dyes and chemicals, balanced dye-fixation, and efficient washing process.
In continuous dyeing, the concentration of dye liquor remains the same through computerized control and precision padding. As a result, there is no difference in color from batch to batch or from the beginning to the end of the same elastane.
